Natalia Lago-López has dedicated herself to the luxury sector in Barcelona for the past 26 years, focusing on both hospitality and retail. Throughout her journey, she has held positions of significant responsibility, serving as Operations Manager at the Bulgari Flagship Store for 3 years and also taking on the role of Operations Manager at the Hermès Flagship Store for 4 years. Since 2007, Natalia has been an integral part of the industry, working as a Sales & Service Support Manager.
With a strong academic background, Natalia holds a degree in Business Administration and Management. She has further enriched her expertise by completing a Luxury Marketing Management program at Esade Business School and obtaining the prestigious Inside Certificate from LVMH Group.
Natalia's true passion lies in creating brand value for luxury companies, striving for excellence in customer service, and actively contributing to the development of their teams. Her holistic approach to retail, which encompasses team management, the pursuit of customer service excellence, sales leadership, KPI analysis, purchasing management, CRM oversight, and administrative and stock task supervision, is a testament to her extensive experience and dedication as a professional.
